§ Mr. Pounderasked the Minister of Transport if he will introduce legislation whereby the registration books of cars which have been severely damaged in accidents, and have not been written off, must be marked in such a manner as to ensure that a future purchaser of the vehicle may know of its accident record.
§ Mr. Tom FraserThere are existing provisions against the sale of unroadworthy vehicles, and additional legislation on the lines proposed would not be justifiable or practicable.
