§ Mr. Maddanasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has received the report of the inspectors appointed on 23rd July, 1964, under Section 165(b) of the Companies Act, 1948, to investigate the affairs of Rolls Razor Limited; whether he intends to publish this report; and whether he intends to refer it to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

The report of the inspectors is being referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions under Section 169(1) of the Companies Act, 1948: and, in consequence, I cannot say at present when it will be possible to publish it.
