Mr. Owenasked the Prime Minister what steps are being taken to co-ordinate the efforts of the Board of Trade and the Ministry of Power, so as 85W to ensure that the cut back in coalmining will be so phased as to ensure the economic security and social wellbeing of the people in the affected areas.
