§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe average value in the current year, 1965–66 of B.E.A.'s fixed assets is estimated to be £94 million. The attribution of fixed assets to domestic and to international routes can only be regarded as approximate. Of the total of £94 million, about £22 million is attributable to domestic services and about £65 million to international services. About £7 million represents advance payments for aircraft under construction. The remainder of net assets—investments, current assets less current liabilities, etc—when netted, are small in amount and cannot readily be attributed to separate routes.
