Brown, against the employers of Brown; and what new evidence, secured since the trial of Brown, has been received by the Director of Public Prosecutions which will be relevant to a decision as to a prosecution on indictment.
§ Mr. Rowlandasked the Attorney-General if the Director of Public Prosecutions has yet decided to initiate a prosecution against F.M.C. (Meat) Ltd. in respect of the condition of their vehicle involved in the case of Regina v. Brown.
§ The Attorney-GeneralPolice inquiries being conducted into the facts revealed during the proceedings in the case of Reginav. Brown have not yet been completed.
