§ Mr. Tom FraserThe Lancashire County Council, as my agents, have completed a field survey to find a line of route for a link road between Broughton on M.6 and Blackpool.
I recognise the need for this link. But when it will be possible to construct it will depend upon its relative place in the plan being prepared in my Department for the improvement of inter-urban roads during the 1970's.
