§ 49. Sir P. Agnewasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to what extent the presence in London at the present time, in their official capacities, of representatives of the States comprising the South Arabian Federation and the East Aden Protectorate, and their willingness to take part in the talks which he has arranged, are the result of agreement by the rulers concerned to abdicate their thrones in favour of a unitary State.
