§ Mr. James GriffithsThe Interdepartmental Working Party which I set up earlier this year to consider the reorganisation of local government in Wales has received advice from a number of experts in this field and has made a preliminary analysis of the problems involved. It is progressing as speedily as is compatible with the scale and complexity of this difficult subject.
