§ Mr. CrossmanIn agreement with my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor, I have asked the following people to serve as Presidents and Vice-Presidents of the Greater London Panel, if the Rent Bill is passed into law, and they have agreed to do so.

Mr. C. D. Pilcher, F.R.I.C.S., F.A.I, a Chartered Surveyor and Past President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
