§ Mr. Frederick LeeThe capital development programme of the East Midlands Electricity Board, which my predecessor approved, provides for £16.2 million to be spent on fixed assets in 1965–66. The corresponding figure for 1964–65 was £14.65 million. It is not practicable to divide the capital development programme of the Central Electricity Generating Board between different areas.
