§ Mr. Tom FraserRepresentations have been received from Dr. Rogers of Thorns Road through my right hon. Friend, the Paymaster-General. Dr. Rogers asked why Brierley Hill U.D.C. proposed to widen Thorns Road on the east side at the expense of her property rather than at the expense of some front garden areas opposite. I have asked my divisional road engineer to look into the matter and I am awaiting his report.
