§ Mr. GunterIn consultation with my right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Education and Science and the Secretary of State for Scotland, I have set up, under the Chairmanship of my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Labour (Mr. Marsh), an Interdepartmental Committee on training for skill which will have the following terms of reference:
"to advise the appropriate Ministers on the means of encouraging the more rapid development of industrial training and of associated technical and other forms of further education, and to secure the fullest co-ordination
