§ Mr. Tom FraserLocal authorities already have adequate powers to remove and dispose of vehicles abandoned on roads. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government intends in the near future to issue a circular to local authorities giving guidance on the vehicle disposal problem generally.
