§ 38. Mr. W. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what documents he required Mr. Tshombe to produce when he applied, via the British Embassy in Madrid, for permission to enter this country to lecture at the Royal Institute of International Affairs; and why permission to come to this country was refused.
§ Mr. BrookeMr. Tshombe was informed that his application for a visa could be considered only if he possessed an acceptable travel document. He has since produced such a document, and I have authorised the grant of a visa for a short private visit.
