§ Sir B. Jannerasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the production and export of certain specialised footpath maintenance vehicles weighing over three tons are jeopardised as a result of Statutory Instrument, 1963, No. 2126, dated 19th December, 1963, which forbids the use of such vehicles on all macadamised footpaths in Great Britain; and whether he will reconsider the provisions of these regulations.
