§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will approach the Government of St. Helena, including the dependencies of Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha, and ask whether they wish the enlarged Admiralty jurisdiction conferred upon the High Court of the United Kingdom by the Administration of Justice Act, 1956, and the terms of the Merchant Shipping (Liability of Shipowners and Others) Act, 1958, to be conferred, respectively, upon St. Helena, including the dependencies of Ascension Island and Tristan da Cunha, by orders in council.
