§ Mr. MarplesThe British Transport Docks Board has schemes involving substantial expenditure at Barry in its forward investment programme, including plans for now coaling appliances, but so far no specific project has been submitted to me for approval. Detailed discussions about the coal facilities are in progress between the Docks Board and the National Coal Board.
