§ Mr. BarberI would refer the hon. Members to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 25th June to the hon. Members for Dunfermline Burghs (Dr. A. Thompson) and Orkney and Shetland (Mr. Grimond). If such a centre were to be established, the claims for locating it in Great Britain would of course be advanced.
