Bromley-Davenportasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that the governors of the Cotton Districts Convalescent Fund are dissatisfied with the alternative facilities offered to them in respect of convalescent patients with whom they are concerned; and whether he will now take steps to imple- 150W ment fully the obligation imposed upon him under subsection 4 of Section 6 of the National Health Service Act, 1946, to secure that the objects for which any voluntary hospital property was used immediately before the appointed day are in no way prejudiced by their transfer to him under that section.
