§ Mr. Kitsonasked the Minister of Aviation how many claims for damage caused by aircraft breaking the sound barrier have been lodged with his Department; and what amount of money is involved over the last 12 months.
§ Mr. MartenDuring the period 1st June, 1963, to 31st May, 1964, 26 claims for damage believed to have been caused by sonic booms were received. The amount of money expected to be paid in the settlement of these claims is approximately £600.
