§ 51. Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what percentage of the annual loan charges on the average four apartment house will be met by the average subsidy paid under the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1962, in the current year; and what percentage of the annual loan charges of the average four apartment house was met by the average subsidy paid in the financial year 1950–51.
§ Mr. NobleRates of subsidy are now determined by the state of a local authority's housing revenue account as a whole. The comparisons suggested are therefore irrelevant.
