§ Mr. E. L. Mallalieuasked the Minister of Health if he will establish an emergency reserve of medical and other staff drawn from, amongst other sources, the Armed Forces to help to cope with, and if necessary to take charge in, emergencies such as the present epidemic of typhoid in Aberdeen and to prevent them from developing into national disasters.
