§ 81. Dr. A. Thompsonasked the Minister of Health whether, in addition to the measures taken to trace the source of typhoid infection and to isolate the victims, he will consider the possibility of providing widespread T.A.B. inoculations in a stricken area with a view to containing the long-term threat to the community.
§ Mr. BarberThis is a matter for local decision; but I am advised that where the source and mode of spread of the infection are known, inoculation would not assist in checking an outbreak.
