HC Deb 04 June 1964 vol 695 c206W
Mr. Albu

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works what is the present position with regard to arrangements for the utilisation of that part of Burlington House which is to be vacated by the Royal Society; and whether arrangements will be made to ensure that the scientific organisations in this country will be given adequate opportunity to make use of this space, if so desired.

Mr. Sharples

Consideration is being given to the reallocation of this space in Burlington House to meet the present needs of the other Learned Societies housed in this building. I expect that all the available space will be required for this purpose.
