§ Mr. R. CarrThe opportunities for a career service in the developing countries for teachers and civil servants from Britain are fast disappearing. The need is for teachers and civil servants with home-based careers to give a limited period of their career to work overseas and satisfactory arrangements already exist for preserving pension rights and other benefits to enable them to do this.
