§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Health what were the circumstances in 398W which he recently appointed two dental practitioners to be part-time members of the Dental Estimates Board; and whether these appointments were made with the agreement of representatives of the dental profession.
§ Mr. BarberThey were appointed, after public advertisement, to fill two vacancies on the Board; there was consultation with the representatives of the dental profession, who would have preferred one of the appointments to be whole-time.
§ Mr. Lubbockasked the Minister of Health if he will make a statement on the circumstances in which the Dental Estimates Board lost the services of its whole-time chairman and two other whole-time members in the space of two months.
§ Mr. BarberThey resigned to make way for younger men and to facilitate a reconstitution of the Board.
