Noel-Bakerasked the Prime Minister if he will present a White Paper setting out the political purposes of the various military operations which have been undertaken since 1954 by Her Majesty's forces in the Arabian peninsula, including Oman and the frontier of the Yemen and the Aden Federation, with such details as are necessary to illustrate their conduct and result.
