§ Mr. MathewAs I said in reply to my bon. Friend the Member for Twickenham (Mr. Gresham Cooke) on 15th June, we are in sympathy with the spirit of this Recommendation as reflected in its preamble. The various specific proposals it contains are still under consideration by the Committee of Ministers' Deputies in Strasbourg.
