§ Mr. Templeasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many members, being qualified in respect of fisheries in accordance with Section 6(3)(b) of the Water Resources Act, 1963, he has appointed or expects to appoint to the River Authorities of England and Wales, the constitutions of which will be established in this Session of Parliament.
