§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Minister of Aviation if he will state the amounts spent on Rhoose Airport in Wales, and the estimated future expenditure on this airport.
Mr. MartinInformation is not readily available on the expenditure incurred in developing Rhoose Airport before 1957. Expenditure since then has been approximately £265,000; and there will be a further expenditure of about £125,000 on Ministry account in the 137W current financial year. Further capital development will be the responsibility of the Glamorgan County Council.
