As regards the supply of strategic information and arms to foreign countries, I have nothing to add to the statement made by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs on 15th June in reply to Questions by the hon. Members for New-castle-under-Lyme (Mr. Swingler) and Ebbw Vale (Mr. M. Foot).
