§ Mr. StodartOnly four authorities in Scotland—Edinburgh, Glasgow, Paisley and Arbroath—at present use their statutory powers to provide special laundry services for incontinent old people, but a number of other authorities have made arrangements with private or hospital laundries to meet the needs of old people in their areas.
