§ Mr. BevinsPost Offices which issue motor vehicle renewal licences do not do so on Saturdays after 1.0 p.m. It was found that handling this particular type of business worsened the service for the generality of our customers especially at those many offices which are very busy on that day. There is no similar suspension of other kinds of licensing business.
