Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Education when he received the correspondence from the Council for the Promotion of Education in Swimming, sent to him by the hon. and learned Member for Aberdeen, North; and if he will detail his plans for providing better facilities for the teaching and practise of swimming in schools under his authority.
