§ Miss PikeGirls are not sent to Walton Prison. There is one 15-year-old boy who has been there 31 days awaiting a place in an approved school. He is being admitted to a school today.

General education classes are being planned, and the other facilities now available include a club evening with a varied programme of lectures, film shows and games, an evening in the library, and a non-denominational padre's hour on another evening.
