§ Mr. HayThe number of apprentices attending the Dockyard Technical College at Singapore is 215 of whom 45 are artificer apprentices of the Royal Malaysian Navy. Attending the Technical and Dockyard School at Gibraltar are 91 dockyard apprentices and 117 Gibraltarian boys and sons of Service personnel resident in Gibraltar.
