§ Mr. RamsdenI defined the rôle of the Territorial Army in replying to my hon. Friend the Member for Renfrew, East (Miss Harvie Anderson) and to my hon. Friend the Member for Dorset, 261W North (Sir Richard Glyn) on 22nd January. Except for the Territorial Army Emergency Reserve, the Territorial Army cannot be used to reinforce the Regular Army without a Proclamation.
