§ 65. Dame Patricia Hornsby-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development what action he proposes to take on the evidence submitted to him by the hon. Member for Chislehurst regarding magazine subscription salesmanship by alleged students, long-delayed delivery of magazines, refusal of refunds even when applied for within hours, arrival of journals other than the one ordered, overcharging for subscriptions, and in many cases non-arrival of any journal over waiting periods of six months to a year.
