§ Mr. MarplesMy Department and I have had many discussions with local authorities in Greater London on this subject. These continue. My right hon. Friend, the Minister of Housing and Local Government, and I, intend as soon as possible to issue a Joint Planning Bulletin on Parking in Town Centres. It will include advice on off-street parking facilities.
