Mr. Parkinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, among evidence from Government sources presented to the Advisory Committee on Juvenile Delinquency, he will include the latest information available on amphetamine addiction, both as a contributory factor in and a symptom of the insecurity of early school leavers in their first occupations.
