§ Mr. SoamesMovements of costs, prices and efficiency are reflected in the aggregate farming net income. Between 1958–9 and 1962–3 this figure rose from £333 million to a forecast £408 million. At the forthcoming Annual Review all relevant factors will be taken into account.
