JosephFigures based on cubic capacity are not available but the following table shows the changes in the average cost of a local authority 2-storey 3-bedroomed house for the last quarter of each year since 1951. The figures are based on tender prices, excluding land and services and have been182W adjusted to a standard area of 900 square feet.
