§ Mr. Tom FraserI have no immediate plans for legislation. The statutory procedures governing the construction of trunk roads and motorways are under constant review to see if any changes are desirable. These procedures are for the protection of those affected by road proposals and necessarily take time. Our forward road programming arrangements are designed to enable the procedures to be started far enough ahead of the time the road works are planned to start.
