§ 33. Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what bodies and persons with special knowledge and experience of Highlands and Islands problems he intends to consult before introducing legislation appointing the proposed Highland Development Board.
§ Mr. RossI propose to have consultations with representatives of the main local authority and other organisations concerned with the Highlands and Islands.
