§ Mrs. CastleIn regard to Ceylon we are currently providing a small amount of technical assistance. As my right hon. Friend the Commonwealth Secretary informed the House on 1st December, the Finance Minister of Ceylon made no request for other aid from Her Majesty's Government during their recent discussions. As regards Tanzania, I would refer the hon. Member to my Oral Reply to the hon. Member for Beckenham (Mr. Goodhart) this afternoon.
