§ 62. Mr. John Hallasked the President of the Board of Trade what representations have been made to him about the effect on exports created by the difficulty of shipment of goods from the ports, other than London.
§ Mr. JayI have received numerous representations from individual companies and from industrial and commercial organisations. I am much concerned about the effect on exports of these delays, and I am working closely with my right hon. Friends the Ministers of Transport and Labour to explore what action can be taken in the short term.
