§ Mr. A. Royleasked the Minister of Public Building and Works if he will give an assurance that he will not open Richmond Park to motorists during the hours of darkness.
§ Miss Jennie LeeIt has been represented to me that Richmond Park should 87W be opened to motorists after dark as a temporary measure to relieve the severe traffic congestion caused by road works in the vicinity of the Park. I am now looking into this and other Richmond Park traffic questions with the various authorities concerned and I will write to the hon. Member when I have reached a decision.
