§ 53. Mr. Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will take steps to ensure that, when district valuers exclude from compensation recommendations any increased value due solely to the prospects of town expansion schemes, they make due allowance for the development which would have occurred quite apart from such schemes.
