§ Mr. BrookeI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the review of small statutory fines which my Department has been conducting in consultation with others. Considerable progress has been made in this laborious and detailed 93W task, involving examination of a large number of statutes and a wide variety of offences. I cannot at present say in which Session it will be possible to introduce legislation, but we are pressing on.
