§ Mr. NobleI have not yet received the details to which the hon. and learned Member refers. I am not convinced that this comparatively recent Act requires amendment, but I am prepared to consider any reasoned proposals for amending it.

§ Mr. NobleI am not aware of any general lack of collaboration between persons working in this field, but I shall be glad to consider any particular difficulty that the hon. and learned Member has in mind.
